Valentine's Day Menu

This Valentine's Day, Chef Edward Kim will be preparing a special six-course menu for guests available at $95 per person.

First Course

Oyster Duo Champagne & Smoked

Second Course

Red Salad Grilled radicchio, pomegranate, red lettuces, feta, winter citrus, red wine vinaigrette, piquillo coulis

Third Course

Hamachi Crudo Persimmon, burdock root, white soy, pickled cauliflower

Fourth Course

Spaghetti Negro a la Chitarra Lobster Diavolo, espelette, melted leeks, buerre blanc cloud`

Fifth Course

Filet Mignon Pommes dauphinois, blackberry, truffle, duck jus, watercress

Sixth Course

Flourless Chocolate Cake Chocolate cake, rosé sabayon, cocoa nib tuille, berries, hazelnut
