Valentine's Day Menu

This Valentine's Day, Chef Edward Kim will be preparing a special Guinea Hen dinner for Two for all our fellow lovebirds.  $160 per couple.  Guinea Hen is a deeply flavored bird with notes of pheasant. Incredibly juicy and resembling the white meat of chicken, leaner and more nuanced, with turkey overtones, it is the highest grade French breeding stock raised humanely with no antibiotics in Sonoma, CA.
